Mark O’Neil is President and CEO of Columbia Group, where he has overseen the company’s transformation into a diversified maritime services organisation with a strong emphasis on technology, people, sustainability and inclusion. He is also CEO of Schoeller Holdings.
A former English Army Officer and maritime lawyer, Mark has championed initiatives that place people and performance at the centre of maritime progress. Central to his industry leadership has been a commitment to seafarer welfare, diversity and inclusion, the digitalisation of ship management, and the integration of sustainability and ESG into the Group’s activities.
A recognised voice in the industry, Mark chairs and speaks at leading maritime and banking conferences worldwide.
Sean Moloney
Sean has been in the international maritime media sphere for over 40 years.
Prior to setting up Elaborate Communications 23 years ago, Sean was Publishing Director at the Informa Group, overseeing a department of 40 publications and a staff of 60+. Prior to that he was Political Editor at Lloyd's List, the world’s oldest newspaper.
Sean is the driving force behind London International Shipping Week, turning what was a dream into a major reality with the event celebrating its 12thanniversary next year, attracting 35,000 people to London to attend 350+ events.
He is a Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Shipwrights, was clothed in the livery of the Shipwrights and is also a Freeman of the City of London. He is also a member of the Honourable Company of Master Mariners.
